"Culinary has always been my passion, and it has led me on a fulfilling journey in life. To me, culinary is about creating a great user experience, being creative, and showing empathy to create lasting memories. The elegance of the menu tasting and sommelier perfectly match the notes of a beautiful symphony. I find inspiration in the artistic expression that you feel when people put it into their work. Snowboarding is my rush, my freedom; I was surfing the mountains before I could drive. I also enjoy meditation and the fulfilment in being still, to appreciate the little things in life "complexity and simplicity".
